Selena Gomez, an actress and a singer with a huge following internationally. She has been involved in various projects. However, the Disney Series Wizards of Waverly Place has been the most successful. The full name of Selena Marie Gomez is Selena Marie Gomez. Born on July 22 the 22nd of July, 1993 in Grand Prairie Texas. Parents include Amanda Cornett and Ricardo Gomez. She was just 16 when Selena became a mother. At the age of 9, she got her first gig in the show industry after she was offered the role of Gianna in Barney and her Friends. So she was one of numerous children who played with Barney, the infamous anthropomorphic pink dinosaur. Selena participated in the show's season 7 and 8. The time period was 2001 to 2003. It's a great fact that Selena was not the only one who sang in Barney and the Friends in this time period. Demi Lovato was also part of the team that starred in the series. After leaving the series Selena Gomez auditioned for several roles in other programs and movies, but she was not particularly successful. In 2003, she had a minor role in Mini Spies 3: (Spy Kids 3D: Game Over), and on Walker Texas Ranger Trial by Fire in the role of Julie.
