Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she turned 16 and she gave up her gymnastics. The Pro Card was awarded a year later, when she was 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began participating in fitness contests at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. In just one year she could earn her Professional Card at age 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was forced to take an absence of six years from stage work after she received her Pro card to complete college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. She won another four fitness awards by the end of 2009. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could get her college degree. Her return came in the month of October, 2015 when she made her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she qualified for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three month later and returned with a 6th place, for the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by the result. Ariel had to compete against some of the most skilled athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using the machine along with bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving on to work out sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
