Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco was born in Canada and is American. Her work has been featured on many studio records. DiFranco has released more than 20 albums. Ani Difranco has been deemed to be a feminist legend and Grammy award winner. As one of first female artists in the 1990s, DiFranco founded her own record label. DiFranco was born in Buffalo New York on September 23rd of 1970, the daughter of Elizabeth (Ross) and Dante Americo DiFranco, who had been in contact while at an institution called the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her mother is from Montreal and her father has Italian descent. Ani Difrasco composed and recorded the song "32 Flavors". The song can be found on the sixth album Not a Pretty Girl by Ani DiFranco that was that was released in 1996.
